The term of office of all the members of the Supervisory Board ends with the completion of the Annual General Meeting that ratifies the acts of management for the 2012 financial year (2013 Annual General Meeting).
The Supervisory Board is composed of the minimum number of members required by applicable law. At present these are twelve members, six Board members representing the shareholders and six Board members representing the employees. The election of the members shall be governed by applicable law.
In accordance with the recommendations of the German Corporate Governance Code, the shareholder representatives were elected individually at the last election to the Supervisory Board at the Annual General Meeting on 3 June 2008.
